15 November 2024

CCOO de Industria and UGT FICA have announced the call for a strike in the meat industry for December, motivated by the lack of progress in the state collective bargaining agreement negotiations. The unions have expressed their rejection of the wage proposals offered by the employers, which they consider insufficient and not aligned with the Agreement for Employment and Collective Bargaining (AENC). They have also highlighted the need to improve working hours and other labor issues. The exact date and details of the actions will be communicated in the coming days.
